I understand your position. My first company, a telecom business, experienced rapid growth that initially overwhelmed me. My mentor helped me realize that I needed to transition from a doer to a leader and embrace external guidance and support. After 18 successful years, I sold the company and transitioned to the corporate world, working with companies such as International Claims Administration, Custom Branded Networks, Envision Media, and Visa USA.
